DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION STATEMENT
Not every member of the LGBTQIA+ community has the same experience or struggle regarding how their identity effects their life. In order to reveal underlying inequities within our services, programs, and events, we seek out a wide array of diverse backgrounds to join our Board/Volunteer team. Diversity allows us to learn from each other and grow with one another to form an organization that benefits everyone of all backgrounds and walks of life. It allows us to root out any bias or preconceived notions and address them head on to ensure we are inclusive of every member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
